Xtranslucentx unleash their self titled album 

Xtranslucentx, consisting of Louis Pereyra and Zach Blau, are a singer-songwriter/indie band from Northeast Pennsylvania. Influenced by the barebones and relatively basic nature of these two genres, their music centers mainly around instruments such as pianos, guitars, and ukuleles, accentuated by vocals.

Having met in college, Zach and Louis became fast but loyal friends, initially bonding over mutual interests in music. After discovering each other’s musical talents, and playing a handful of showcases and open mics, they came together officially to form the band.

Xtranslucentx have been writing and performing for a year as of now, and have mostly stuck to small venues and private performances for friends and family.

This October, they released their first album, a self-titled reflection into their past and present feelings. This, paired with their musical talent, makes for a very promising first foray into the world of recorded music.
