It is a song about how she allowed God into her feelings and how he transformed her life. She describes in her music video how she used to turn to the world’s comforts rather than God to soothe her emotions.
She used to struggle with low self-esteem, depression, and suicidal thoughts, but now that she has let God into her life, she no longer struggles with those kinds of feelings.
