June 2020 – SHANE-ANTHONY is a Jamaican-born artist based in Queens, New York. His sound is refreshingly groove-centric and catchy, borrowing from influences as diverse as Dancehall and Hip-Hop. Whatβs special about his music is the fact that it is extremely melodic and catchy, yet it has a very upfront, energetic vibe.

Itβs impressive to hear how SHANE-ANTHONY brings a modern taste to this blend of rap music, but he also captures the essence of what it means to make some amazing Dancehall-inspired tracks in todayβs increasingly diverse music scene, when genres are becoming less important, and itβs more about simply making good music.
