Stray Kids just dropped This & That, and honestly, it’s a breath of fresh air.

We all know them for heavy-hitting anthems like God’s Menu and Thunderous. But with this new single, they’re trading the intense bass drops for something a lot more laid-back, and it completely works.

Where the Track Came From

True to form, 3RACHA—Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—handled the production for the whole project. But the story behind the title track is surprisingly chill.

While taking a break in the studio, the guys were just eating snacks and tossing around casual phrases like, “Hey, try eating this, try eating some of that.” That simple moment turned into the hook right there on the spot.

Even though it started as a spontaneous idea, the members admitted it was actually the hardest track on the mini-album to finish. They spent hours tweaking the rhythm and those repetitive lyrical loops (“Cappuccino and americano”) to make sure it felt effortless instead of forced.

Trading Intensity for a Groove

For a long time, Stray Kids built their whole identity on relentless, high-octane energy. This & That shows a completely different side of them.

Instead of going full throttle, the song leans into:
