Musical Mindset – Worthy

The name Musical Mindset came from the idea of engaging people from all angles – meditation, movement and holistic wellness. The purpose behind this name is to combine all of these elements into one and create a truly unique experience for the audience to immerse themselves and find their own medicine within.

My current project is a single called “Worthy.” For a long time throughout my life, I’ve been challenged with self-doubt — most recently so due to an experience with a business partner who told me I was replaceable. In the song you can hear that I sing about the journey of finding my self-worth and inspiring others to find it within themselves. This journey is life-long and never-ending but if we can be present and do the inner work, moment-by-moment, then we can reach our true potential and discover our life’s purpose.
