Keishen Carl announces the release of his new single, ‘Play Pretend’
Play Pretend is about the last date I had with my ex. The both of us knew that we had to end our relationship at the end of the day but I genuinely couldn’t take it at the moment so I asked her for a favour, I said: “can we play pretend and go on one last date believing that every plan we made is still intact?” and she yes. After everything was said and done, I went home around 3 am not knowing what to think or feel so I sat at the keys and wrote about the date we had.
