SlewRate releases brand new single, ‘Pipe Down’
SLEWRATE is a rapper and producer with a versatile musical style combining influences from grime, hip-hop and heavy metal. His lyrics are heavy-hitting, with dark subject matters, such as addiction, violence and religion. SLEWRATE grew up in North-West London listening to local MC’s such as Skepta and JME, and the So Solid Crew, Boy Better Know, and Nasty Crew on pirate radio, as well as American rap legends like the Wu-Tang Clan, Mobb Deep and Busta Rhymes. His favourite thing to do when not making music is listening to music. In 2018 he released his first album God Complex and is releasing his second album,K3NZ4L DR1S3, in 2020.
