Psyntst – Introducing New release “Dimensions”
Psyntst is an artist who immediately strikes with great personality and a really original approach to songwriting, EDM production, composition and performance.
His recent release, “Dimensions”, is a great example of the hard work and passion that fuel his music.
The song has some really ethereal melody, a punchy, driven beat and more importantly, a smooth lyrical flow that does not only highlight soundscapes, incredible textures and rich nuances, which make for a very kaleidoscopic, yet seamlessly organic approach. The release showcases the artist ’s musical coordinates, as the sound is a refreshing blend of ambient, electronica, cinematic scores, as well as alternative and industrial, echoing the work of influential artists such as John Cage, Jon Hopkins, Brian Eno, Radiohead or Nine Inch Nails, just to mention a few.
Dimension is a very cinematic tune with a mercurial feel, which highlights Psyntst’s ability to composer, produce and engineer his songs.
Artist Bio
My name is Psyntst, and I enjoy making music. I enjoy all forms of music, and I I like to experiment and do different things to challenge and push myself both as an artist and a producer/sound engineer. I enjoy writing my own songs and doing soundtrack-style work as well. I’ll even do remakes of different tunes either by preference or request. I play several instruments including the turntables, piano and keyboard, guitar, and drums and I have rapped in the past. I believe music is all around us, whether it’s technically played by an instrument or not, and that anyone and anything can make music. I mostly like to work “inside the box” but always challenge myself to create music in going outside the box.
