With his latest single ‘Universal Thing’, Angelo Pitone aka Of Shadows And Lights built a personal and rich sound, based on interwoven synth and guitar sections combined with groove-based drum patterns, inspired by most influent drummers of the past.
Of Shadows And Lights has a sound reminiscent of rock bands like Muse, Nothing Bue Thieves, Led Zeppelin, Alkaline Trio, Oasis, and As Tall As Lions. ‘Universal Thing’ was written, produced and mixed by Angelo, and mastered by Giovanni Versari (Muse, Nie Cester, Calibro35, Negramaro).
This song is both a hymn and an invitation to preserve our Mother Earth and intense and passionate lyrics support it. “It’s about me and you. lt’s about people and future generations. It’s about our dreams and our future. It’s time to make a move, before it’s too late” he said.
‘Universal Thing’ is the fourth single taken from the upcoming debut album Almost Prophetic Visions And Thoughts that’s coming in January 2021.
