Nic Poetic was born in Lafayette, LA and graduated from Acadiana High School. He also attended Clever High School in Missouri for two years. He has lived in ten states, mostly southeast. Nic has also serverd in the military for over five years. Nic started writing rock music at the age of thirteen and later switched to free-styling and writing raps in his late teens.

Can you tell us about your latest release and the background and inspirations behind it? “Bone Daddy” which is available on Datpiff and here on Beatsta, released Jan 4th 2015 Recorded in Concord, NC and Texarkana, AR adventures in/from/thru Lafayette, LA Shreveport, LA Charlotte, NC Columbia, SC Temple, TX and Fort Lee, VA

How have you ended up in the music industry? I decided to do what I want and love as opposed to what others think I should do.
