Monique Lawz – U.F.U
North London based singer-songwriter Monique Lawz returns with ‘U.F.U,’ a new track and video taken from her highly anticipated EP ‘Breaking The Lawz.’
It’s title; an acronym for ‘Un Fuck U’ is a powerful statement to which Monique speaks of an old love interest, she simply wishes did not happen. Her emotional vocal is laced over a heavy 808 hip-hop production, commonly known to Monique’s style of music and showcasing her natural flair to fuse R’n’B with trap music.
The new release follows off the back of ‘Body Count’ a sexy unreleased R’n’B number, which featured South London rapper Ms Banks and was picked up and heavily supported by the likes of Ace on BBC Radio 1Xtra, Reprezent, The Beat and more.
Monique Lawz is sexy, extremely stylish and screams woman empowerment! She’s all about representing for her ladies therefore, embarking on a musical journey to build confidence, love and sexiness in women all around the world!
U.F.U produced by Karmah Cruz, will feature on the new project ‘Breaking The Lawz’ scheduled for release in August 2017.
