Jared Lee is a recording artist and performer with a really unique approach to his sound. Recently, he released a brand new project titled “Professional Lovers.” He really set out to up the ante and refine his personal and direct bled of pop music, by incorporating a wide variety of influences into his style, ranging from the soulfulness of R&B, down to the appeal of classic pop and the edge of crisp electronic music. Jared has a very charismatic vocals, that really jumps to the forefront of the mix easily. In addition to the beautiful natural dynamics and pleasing tone of his voice, Jared has developed a really beautiful way to write lyrics, creating words that are appealing, yet meaningful and easy to relate to for people of all walks of life.
I am particularly in awe when it comes to appreciating the perks of the mix in this release. When listening with my favorite headphones, I feel completely surrounded by a sound that is rich, full of depth and harmonic width. The top end is very warm and silky, adding a special vibe to the artist’s sound and feel. I love Jared’s performance, as well as the way it sits among the other instruments and elements in the mix, without ever overpowering anything, as well as without ever falling behind. This is a prime example of a well-produced release, where the vocals and the instrumental bits are perfectly attuned and balanced to one another.
In addition to highlighting Jared Lee’s amazing natural talent and characterful personality, the release is overall amazing.
