MR. REDD DOGG is an American born rapper/hip hop artist from Seattle, Wa. Redd had a very poor upbringing and started from the bottom. Redd grew up in a predominantly African American neighborhood and was heavily influenced by the culture and music. As a youth he started hanging out at the studio as a way to escape the street life and eventually worked with many big names in the music industry, from E-40 to Kxng Crooked (Crooked I) the Outlawz, Tha Dogg Pound, Daz, Kurupt, Roscoe, Kokane; Lil Flip, Devin the Dude,
Nipsey Hustle, C-BO ; Killa Tay, Marvaless, San Quinn, Spice-1, Yukmouth and many more. He has unique perspective with his music and a unusual cerebral approach to the world. Redd brings a breath of fresh air to the music business coming from the great Northwest he stands out amongst his peers as a leader, entrepreneur, and overall Boss.

How long have you been making music? I’ve been making music for about 15 years or so
How many songs /albums have you released to date? I personally have recently released two singles one features the bay area legend E-40 the other one has my homeboy Aktual from Atlanta on it they are both for sale on iTunes Amazon Google play and all other online retailers.
Can you tell us about your upcoming release and the background and inspirations behind it? The last release is the single Hustling n da rain featuring E-40 the background of the song is a remake of the old school song from Oran Juice Jones “Walking in the rain” and the inspiration is that I’m from Seattle where everybody knows it rains a lot so we hustle in the rain sleet and snow to make that dough.
How have you ended up in the music industry? I was exposed to the music industry by chance a couple of my friends that I grew up with had a studio around the corner from my block and it was a place that i could get off of the street and do something positive instead of negative with my time.
What do you think of the music industry in 2015? Watered down too many replicas not enough original talent.

Tell us more about your upcoming project or this new project? I have two full projects I’m dropping one is called PROBLEM CHILD the other is Humble Beginnings plus ill be releasing single after single till one of them pops off..
