Gainstrive is an Alternative Rock Band from Philadelphia, PA. Our brand new EP “Anywhere But Here” draws inspiration from a number of different genres and styles. In these new songs you’ll pick up on influences from Progressive, Punk, Alternative Rock, and Jazz; wrapped up in Gainstrive’s signature style of sound.
This EP truly has something for everyone and fans of many genres can find something in common in the broad musical spectrum Gainstrive seeks to span. It’s inspired largely by the ins and outs of everyday life and the hardships we face, struggling in the search for meaning.
