Ed Brown is a sensual R&B singer and songwriter based out of Hickory, NC. His musical career began when a childhood friend, Andre Ramseur, introduced Ed to Horace Brown, an R&B singer and songwriter with Uptown / MCA Records who was putting together a group for a production deal. Though the deal fell through, the members branched out to work on their own solo projects. It was at this time that Ed was introduced to Steve Grey, aka, Greystorm, an R&B singer, songwriter and producer who had just landed an independent label deal with Tiffany Gaines, founder and owner of SS Music Group. Steve and Ed collaborated on an independent album named One More Season. Ed then began to work on his own music; thus, bringing his vision to fruition.
Now, R&B artist Ed Brown changes up the tempo & vibration for all the ladies striving to thrive during a pandemic, civil unrest, & all that life throws at them with his November, 2020 release of “Getchu Right”. This time Ed drops a hot new single that has a mid-tempo club banger feel that gives the ladies what they deserve while lyrically pouring fine wine down their earlobes to soothe their beautiful souls. And though this song is strictly meant to soothe the ladies, the fellas will want to add it to their toolbox.
