Through honest and soulful storytelling, donSMITH radiates his most vulnerable self through a confrontational rap technique, breaking the fourth wall of any stage. A passionate writer and creator, the 26-year old lyricist is self-made in every way, coming from a background of music and self-taught instrumentalism. donSMITH dedicates every day and night to improving and extending his craft to the ears and hearts of others, adolescent or mature; his initials carved in the heads of any listener who comes across his work.
Emerging from New York City as a renaissance man, he is an active artist in every sense; from audio engineer to producer, from video director to rapper. donSMITH aims to connect as many of his fans as possible using art as his unifier. Recently coming off his first headlining mini-tour, selling out Secret Loft in Chelsea, and sharing stages with notable NY acts, Azealia Banks and Dave East, donSMITH continues to invest in his musical growth. When he isn’t performing, donSMITH spends his time off stage connecting with other upcoming acts like himself, including Chuck Stangers, Flo Kennedy and Bigg Dogg.
