Cage Willis PRESENTS: Burn it Down
Cage Willis is an independent singer/songwriter from Mt. Carmel, IL. Cage grew up on the typical athletic road and was heavily involved in sports. At the age of 12, he was diagnosed with a rare disease that changed the course of his life, but introduced him to the guitar. Cage fell in love with the guitar and couldn’t put it down. His love of guitar grew and grew eventually leading him to, one day, discovering a voice to go along with it. Cage honed his skills as a guitar player through church worship and jamming with other bands. After years of growing as a guitar player, singer, and developing his style of songwriting. He forged a new path, leading him to front a self-titled solo project. As COVID-19 ravaged the globe, Cage and his backing band regularly rendezvoused in a detached garage in Fort Branch, IN. Evansville natives, Cameron Allen on the drums and Andrew Logan on the bass, worked together with Cage in writing his debut album. This led him on a journey of musical discovery. As the world gets back to normal and the end of the pandemic approaches, Cage looks forward to the upcoming outdoor music season.
